Build your own engagement
Select the blocks that match your situation. I'll turn your selection into a written proposal, fixed scope and fixed price with a fixed end date, within five working days. All prices ex. VAT, in EUR.
Every block comes off one rate: €150 an hour, with preparation and write-up counted in. A full day is 7.5 hours, so a day of facilitation is €1,125. The hours behind each block are printed on the card, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
The hand-off playbook is included free once your fixed-price selection reaches €2,500. Monthly coaching is billed separately. Nothing here is binding — it just becomes the starting point for your written proposal.

The questions everyone asks
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed end date — and none of the small print that usually hides behind a day rate.
Do you sign annual retainers?
No. The longest engagement I'll sign is six months, and I'll usually push you to scope something shorter. Long retainers create the wrong incentives — I'd rather earn the next engagement than lock one in.
Are you SAFe and Scrum.org certified?
Yes — both. But certifications are tools, not selling points. I use the parts that work for your context and ignore the rest. No dogma.
Will you sign an NDA or MSA?
Of course. A standard mutual NDA is fine, and I'll redline an MSA within five working days. I've worked with enterprise legal before and don't flinch at it.
Do you work remote, hybrid, or on-site?
All three, across the Netherlands and Germany. On-site is usually best for the first couple of weeks; after that, hybrid works well. Coaching engagements run fine fully remote if your team already does.
What if it's not working after a month?
I'll tell you before you tell me. Every engagement has a 30-day check-in where I'll say honestly whether it's working. If it isn't, we end it — I'd rather lose the fee than overstay.
What does strategy-coach cost?
Three prices. €375 for the suite handed over so your team runs it themselves. €1,125 for a facilitated session, which covers preparation, five hours in the room and the written follow-up, billed as a full day. Or €3,000 for the whole year: three facilitated sessions with the quarterly reviews included, against €3,375 if you booked them one at a time. The first two are in the builder above under Direction. The year is a bundle, so ask for it and I'll price it in the proposal.
What about expenses?
Travel and accommodation at cost, billed monthly with receipts. No day-rate uplifts, no per diems, no minimum-night clauses.
