Strategy Coach · Executive coaching suite

Ten strategy sessions you run yourself

Each one is a guided interview. It asks what a good coach would ask, argues with you when the answer is vague, and writes the result up as a plan you could hand to your board. Set direction, plan the quarter, or finally make the call you keep postponing.

The gap

Templates don't ask follow-up questions

Most strategy tools hand you a blank template. A template never asks why the number slipped. It never notices that "we'll improve engagement" has no number and no date against it, and it never brings up the bet you quietly dropped last quarter.

This one asks. It runs the interview a good executive coach would run, writes up what you actually decided, and puts a review date on it. It also remembers your business between sessions, so you're not starting from scratch every time.

Who it's for

Honest about the fit

Built for

Leaders doing the choosing

  • Founders and executives setting direction, or a quarter that actually holds
  • Leadership teams aligning on goals, roles, or a call they keep relitigating
  • Consultants and coaches who run these sessions for clients. Every format flips into a facilitation kit.

Not for you if

You want it done for you

  • You want a strategy written for you to nod at. This makes you do the choosing.
  • You want dashboards and live metrics. This produces a written plan instead.
  • You won't bring honest numbers. The plan is only as good as the candour behind it.

What it can do

Ten formats, one craft

Your coach picks the right one, or you ask for it by name.

Direction & the quarter

OGSM — direction

Where the business is going over the next few years, on one page: the objective, the numbers that prove it, the few big bets, and what you'll stop doing.

OKRs — the quarter

The next 90 days on rails: a handful of objectives with measurable results, aligned across the team without being dictated.

Decisions & uncertainty

Decision coach

One consequential either/or, framed sharply and stress-tested against your own biases, then committed to. It sets the tripwires that would later tell you the call was wrong.

Scenario planning

Two critical unknowns, four plausible futures, the moves that are wise in all of them, and dated signposts telling you which one is arriving.

Teams & transitions

First 90 days

Land a new role deliberately: the real mandate, who to win early, and a 30/60/90 arc that front-loads listening.

Team charter

Who decides what, and how work and conflict actually flow, written down and agreed. The same argument stops coming back every week.

Leadership development

This one is about you rather than the business. You face the feedback, pick two or three behaviours to change, and find someone who will hold you to them.

Reflect & validate a new bet

Annual retro

An honest reckoning with the year: numbers before stories, and a clear read on what compounded versus what merely happened. It feeds straight into next year's plan.

Business model canvas

A new venture or offer tested on paper before it costs real money: who actually pays, and what would have to be true for the thing to hold up.

Not sure where to start? Say “I need help with strategy” and the triage format asks three questions, then routes you to the right one.

How a session goes

It asks. You answer. It pushes back.

  1. 1

    It interviews you

One question at a time, in a deliberate order, the way a coach would work through it. You never sit staring at a blank template wondering what to put in box three.

  2. 2

    It argues with vague answers

“A goal without a number and a date is a wish.” When you want everything, it makes you rank two or three things. Every figure gets marked measured, recalled or assumed, so a number off the P&L never looks like one you half-remembered.

  3. 3

    You leave with the document

The plan writes itself up as one file that opens in any browser and prints cleanly. It comes with a review date on it, because that is the part everyone skips.

Throughout, it owns the questions and you own the answers. It won't decide anything for you, and it never sends anything on your behalf.

How the ten fit together

They follow one rhythm

Reflect on the period behind you, set direction, turn it into a focused quarter, then review it honestly and start again. Decisions, transitions and charters slot in whenever you need them.

  1. Annual retro
  2. OGSM — direction
  3. Quarterly OKRs
  4. Reviews

Each review updates the series rather than starting a fresh draft, so you can look back and see where the strategy actually changed its mind.

The suite, handed over

There's no download button. I set strategy-coach up in your Claude or Cowork workspace and hand it over personally. From there your team runs it at its own pace.

  • All ten sessions
  • A guided sample run to see how it works
  • Every plan it produces is yours to keep

€3,000 · the year

Put it on a rhythm

The plan matters less than the habit of revisiting it. Three facilitated sessions across a year, following the rhythm: reckon with the year behind you, set direction, then turn it into a quarter.

  • Three facilitated sessions (à la carte this is €3,375)
  • The suite and the quarterly reviews included
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed end date

Talk about the year

Which decision is the one you keep postponing?

Tell me that, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right format for it, or whether you need something else entirely. One paragraph is enough.
