A team can run flawless ceremonies and still go nowhere, because nobody ever settled the direction they were executing against. When that's what's wrong, rebuilding the standup won't touch it.
strategy-coach is the other half of the practice: ten guided strategy sessions for the people setting direction. Each one interviews you, argues when the answer is vague, and writes the result up as a plan with a review date on it.
Three ways to use it: the suite handed over at €375 so your leadership team runs it themselves, a facilitated session at €1,125, or the whole year on a rhythm at €3,000. Whichever you pick, you keep the thing that ran the session, so you can run it again next quarter without booking me.
